Founders Dave Larsen and John Agsalud realized a new approach was needed to help enterprise IT organizations overcome the shortcomings of today’s traditional network and security management solutions to better protect and manage Windows-based endpoints connected to the corporate network, regardless of where they reside.
With over 50 years of combined experience in IT and managed services, Dave and John established InclusiveTech in response to heightened ransomware attacks and increasing demand for IT services to manage Windows environments. Working with healthcare and medical, government, finance and government organizations, InclusiveTech is paving the way to make cloud-based, endpoint management the status quo to proactively protect and manage the health, safety and compliance of Windows-based networks.
Founded in 2014, InclusiveTech is privately held and is Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified.

DAVE LARSEN
Co-Founder, President and Chief Solutions Architect
Dave is responsible for the company’s technological vision, which ensures InclusiveTech meets the challenges of the emerging threat landscape. Dave has been active in the IT industry for more than 20 years, and has superior technical skills across platforms including Windows, Linux, VMWare, Hyper-V as well as DevOps. He is well-versed in the healthcare industry and is HIPAA certified. Dave is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as an Intelligence Analyst.
JOHN AGSALUD
Co-Founder, Vice President, Chief Technical Analyst
John has nearly 30 years of IT and business experience. By trade John is a systems engineer and has served in various roles including President, COO, CIO, Director of Professional Services and Director of Engineering for organizations large and small. John is also well-versed in the healthcare industry and HIPAA certified, however he is specialized in the finance and government industries.
